Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was wrongfully removed, you may file a counter-notification containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the material removed and its previous location
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
4. Your name, address, phone number, and a statement consenting to jurisdiction

Response Time

We aim to respond to valid DMCA notices within 48-72 hours. If a notice meets all requirements, the allegedly infringing content will be removed promptly.

Repeat Infringers

ScriptHub maintains a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
